Optimum Location for Business Meetings

We are located by the river and right in front of the rose garden. Just by being the office, you can enjoy the nature in every season and often forge if you are right in the middle of central Osaka. Not only the nature but also Christmas lights and decorations at the rose garden are absolutely stunning. We have three meeting rooms with this amazing view of river and rose garden.

Our location is absolutely convenient as it is right on top of the train station: Kitahama. Only 1 station or 8 min walk from Yodoyabashi station and you will not get rained as you can take the underpass.

You may surprise to see the variety of services offered for no additional costs. Also we can customize to be your only receptionist, concierge, and secretary all-in-one for very low rate. We are so confident that once you experience it, you never want to go back.

*Please feel free to consult with us if you wish to expand or move between floors within the building. Walls between offices can be removed in just two days(one weekend). The maximum of 4 adjacent offices can be converted in to one large office which can seat 13 people or more.

BASIC SERVICE

	Guest Reception We will call you via internal extension phone when your guests arrived with or without appointments.
	Handling Mails and Parcels We receive your mails and parcels when you are out of office and notify you via email. Also just drop off your parcels then we will dispatch them for you.
	Newspapers We have 2 Japanese newspapers available at the reception: Nikkei and Asahi.
	Stationery and other office supplies We have sawing sets, umbrellas, and other items available for you to use. Please note that the most items are for free to use however you must purchase some of the items.
	Office furniture and Business phone All of our offices are furnished with desks, chairs, drawers, business phones, and a cabinet.
	Internet Available for 24 hours (optical network for business)/td>
	Security System Each private office is remotely monitored by motion detector. To access the building, you will need to use the IC key cards.
	Individual A/C system There is one A/C per office. You may change the setting to your desired temp.
	Office Cleaning Dry vacuuming and collecting trash by cleaning staff (once in every 3 business days) and everyday for shared areas.
	Drink Service Coffee, tea, green teas are available for tenants. Also there is an electric thermos pot at the kitchenette.
	Wi-Fi and Internet at Meeting Rooms Available 24 hours
	Mailbox There is one mailbox per office at the side entrance.

OPTIONAL SERVICE

	Call Answering Service You can choose whether you would like the receptionists to take all calls during business hours or only while you are out of office.                    -All Calls Answered: Receptionists take all calls on weekdays between 9:00-18:00. If you are available to take your call, we will transfer the call to your internal extension. If you are not available, then we will notify you via email with the message and phone number to call back. -Only While Out Of Office: Receptionists take calls only while you are out of office and instantly notify you via email with the message and phone number to call back. You can take your calls directly when you are at the office.
	Voicemail Service Just for announce only mode or recording capability mode, please choose as you like.
	Secretarial Service We can customize the service as you desire. We do chores, administrative paperwork, and secretarial work for you. You can hire us only when you needed.
	Bicycle Rental First come, first served. Free to use up to 1 hour. If you would like to ride longer, the rental fee of JPY 300 + tax will be charged.
	All-In-One Multifunction Printer Copy (B/W, Color) -FAX -Print – Scan *You may ask receptionists to take copies for you.
	Meeting Room After showing the room to your clients, we serve water and wet towels unless you specify others. 2 rooms at the basement are connected, it holds maximum of 20 people.

OTHER CHARGES

	Telephone charge Monthly basic charge: JPY 3,000 + tax (including 1 digital FAX number) *JPY 2,000 + tax for additional phone number per room *JPY 2,500 + tax for paper-based FAX number receiving inside the room.
	Direct debit bank charge Please note that we bill you the direct debit bank charges of JPY 100 + tax on the monthly invoice. *Currently the direct debit bank charges are paid by us while we run the campaign.
	Call charge Pay per use basis with the rate of JPY 8 + tax per 3 min.
	Electric charge No basic charge and pay per use basis by reading the individual electric meter per room. No additional charge for A/C.
