STEP 2: BOOK A VISIT (OFFICE TOUR)

We will give the thorough introduction of our line of services and show you around our 8-story building and the basement.

STEP 3: QUOTATION (ESTIMATE)

We will make the best offer for your desired office on our quotation.

STEP 4: APPLICATION

Please fill and submit us the Grand Cru Members’ Club Admission and Service Office Usage Application.

STEP 5: BACKGROUND CHECKS AND SCREENING

Based on the information on your application, we will review your background before signing the contract. We may refuse to sign the contract depending on the outcome of your background checks and screening.

STEP 6: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT

After completing background checks and screening, the contract will be sent to your postal address.  Please sign, seal your company stamp and return to us.  Also please submit us all the required documents listed below.  It is also required to make the payment for admission fee and deposit to our designated bank before the start date of your contract.


■For corporate members:
-Company brochure
-Company register
     (must be issued within 3 months)
-Company seal registration certificate
     (must be issued within 3 months)
-Official photo ID: driver’s license or passport
-Portrait picture of each staff members

■For individual members:
-Certificate of residence
     (must be issued within 3 months)
-Official photo ID: driver’s license or passport
-Seal registration certificate
    (must be issued within 3 months)
-Photo ID: driver’s license or passport
-Protrait pictures of each staff members
-Certificate of tax payment or Certificate of income and withholding tax
-Portrait picture of each staff members

STEP 7: COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT

After confirming all the necessary documents and your payment, the contract will be completed and we will give you the key. Now you are ready to start using the office at Grand Cru Osaka Kitahama!

In accordance with revisions to the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, as from May 2013, we are required to see each other in person before signing the contract. Also under the direction of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the National Police Agency, we must check the original identification documents.
