Can we view the office privately?

Are there windows in the private office?
All the private offices have large windows.
Do you screen check at the time of filing the application?
Yes, we do run a background screening check for each applicant. Please note in advance that depending on the result of a background screening check, we reserve the right to decline your application.
What is the method of payment for rent?
Please pay by direct debit to the bank.
*Currently bank charges for direct debit payment are paid by us. However, please note that all the bank charges associated with wire-transfer must be borne by the payer. For other payment options, please consult us.
Can we continue to use our current phone number?
Possible under certain conditions. *Required to confirm with NTT first.
Restriction may apply if you would like to use your own network (phone and internet) separately from us. Please inquire beforehand.
How long does processing take before start using the office?
Normally 5 to 7 days if all the necessary documents were submitted, initial payment was paid, and the agreement was sealed and signed on time.
*Please note in advance that depending on the result of a background screening check, we reserve the right to decline your application.
Can we register our company at Grand Cru location?
Yes, only after finalization of the agreement. For start-ups, you may sign the agreement as individual first then change to corporate agreement once the company registration has completed. (Application fee to re-issue the agreement will be waived as an exception.)
Is there internet access ready to use when I move-in?
We offer the optical network for business use and it is ready for use anytime.
*No additional charge for internet.
Can I use my private office anytime I want?
You may access your private office 24/7-365days. (Please use the side entrance as the main entrance is closed outside business hours.) There may be a limited access for shared spaces outside our business hours.

Short-term Serviced Office

Are there any required documents which I need to prepare to submit?
Please submit a photo ID.
Can I use my office anytime I want?
10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays if you sign up for the office hourly or daily. You may check the availability if you would like to continue using the office for additional fees.
For weekly and monthly users, we issue a building access keycard so you may access 24 hours. (Please use the side entrance as the main entrance is closed outside business hours.) There may be a limited access for shared spaces outside our business hours.
Can I use the shared printer?
For hourly and daily users, please ask our receptionists for printing and making photo copies.
For weekly and monthly users, you can use the shared printer with your building access keycard.
What is the method of payment?
For hourly and daily users, please pay by cash, credit/IC card, e-money, or QR code payment such as PayPay and LINE Pay.
*Only for the advance payment, we can accept the payment by wire-transfer.
For weekly users, please make the payment by wire-transfer before the start date. *You may also pay by cash, credit/IC card, e-money, or QR code payment such as PayPay and LINE Pay.
For monthly users, please pay the total amount for the signed month and next month by wire-transfer.
*Please note that all the bank charges associated with wire-transfer must be borne by the payer.

Meeting Rooms

What is the method of payment?
【 If you are not the Office members, please pay by cash, credit/IC card, e-money, or QR code payment such as PayPay and LINE Pay.
For the Office members and tenants, it will be billed on monthly invoice.
What is the maximum occupancy?
4 to 5 people for meeting rooms 1 and 2. 8 people for meeting room 5. For meeting rooms 3 and 4, 10 people each.
If meeting rooms 3 and 4 are connected, maximum of 20 people will fit.
*Please note that the room fees will be for 2 rooms.
Can I use the projector?
You may bring your own or you can rent from us for JPY 1,000 + tax/use. There are screens for projectors for free of use.
Can I use the meeting rooms for business negotiations?
Our receptionists will welcome your clients and guide them through to the meeting rooms.
*As the optional service, we can offer them tea or coffee.
Can I use meeting rooms all day?
Yes, there are no maximum hours for meeting rooms. However please consult with us first for outside business hours (before 9:00 and after 18:00 on weekdays) if you are not the tenants.
Are there smoking areas?
There are ashtrays at outside staircase landing in total of 5.
Please note that no smoking allowed on the premises.
Can I use meeting rooms on weekends and holiday?
Please consult with us. Usually we can arrange for your needs.
