You can invite the maximum of 20 people for the meeting rooms 3 and 4 connected. Internet-ready in all meeting rooms. (*NOTE: If you are cautious about internet security, please use LAN cable over WiFi.) Whiteboards and projector screens are also available for your needs. Regarding Equipments
- -Internet ready at all meeting rooms but you need internet hubs to use more than 2 PCs if you prefer to use internet with LAN cable. *You can bring your own hubs or rent our hubs for additional charge.
- -To rent a projector, please make sure to reserve when you are booking for meeting rooms as we only have limited supply.
- -You can use a whiteboard for free of charge.
*Please reserve when your are booking for meeting rooms then we do not make you wait as whiteboard will be in a room before you arrival. - -For rooms without partitions and/or a projector screen, we will arrange as long as you request us in advance.
Regarding Booking and Reservations
- -To avoid troubles, we do not accept any tentative reservations.
- -Please make sure to specify the room when you are booking otherwise different rooms may be assigned due to the circumstance with other reservations.
- -Please be noted in advance that we may not be always available to take your reservations.
- -Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. Please consult us in advance for reservations outside business hours. *Please understand that we may not be always available for reservation outside business hours.
Regarding Payments
- -Please pay by cash, credit/IC card, e-money, or QR code payment such as PayPay and LINE Pay.
- -If you prefer to pay by wire-transfer, please consult us in advance. We must confirm the payment 3-day prior to your reservation date. We must ask you to make the payment on the day if we could not confirm your payment. *Please note that all the bank charges associated with wire-transfer must be borne by the payer.
Regarding Cancellation
-Cancellation policy is valid when the reservation confirmation email was sent out. Please see below for detail about cancellation policy:
